Remote Desktop Support Services

Please follow the directions below to start the remote desktop session with the technician.

Click on George, the nice little penguin below, and he will ask you to download or run an executable file.

Click "Run" or "Save to Disk".

Next, install the program.

Once installed, open the program and you will see a blank spot to enter a code.

At the top you should see Join and Host.

Click on the Host tab.

There should be a number in that blank space now.

At this point, give the code to one of our technicians that is assisting you.

When told by the technician, click connect. The technician should now have control of your computer and will be able to assist your issues.
