About Us

Headquartered in Spokane Washington, the company operates primarily in the Northwest.  We focus our efforts within our Northwest Area specializing in providing Data and Telecommunications solutions for today's complex business needs.

Allied Systems markets and installs a broad range of business solutions including Computer related data networks and office products together with digital telecommunications systems, computer telephony products and voice-processing systems. Allied Systems leverages the company's core competencies while embracing next generation technologies.

Our team is made up of seasoned professionals with an average of  25 years of industry experience in software, engineering, networking, telecommunications, manufacturing and distribution, as well as public accounting and banking.



 

Headquarters

Allied Systems' newly constructed corporate office, completed in 2003, features a state of the art classroom training facility, and data center.

James R. Charbonneau, CEO

Mr. Charbonneau opened Allied Systems in 1980, and continues to operate the company profitably. Allied Systems continually works to provide integrated and advanced solutions to small business problems.

Mr. Charbonneau has a Bachelor of Arts from Whitworth College in Spokane with a focus on Accounting. He also has been certified by Microsoft as MCSE and is licensed by Sage Accounting Software, Citrix, Symantec, Compaq and more.

His wife, Kay, is Allied's office manager, and keeps the wheels turning.

 

Fred Bielen, P.E.

Fred is Allied's Network Engineer and hardware expert, supervising infrastructure, engineering and construction for Allied's customers. Fred has over 30 years of telephony experience in engineering and construction of large fiber networks (AT&T, Mountain Bell, US West International and Qwest). Fred has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University and is a registered Professional Engineer.
 

Bob Kang

Bob is Allied's software implementation and programming resource. He has over 25 years experience in the manufacturing and software industries with smaller local customers to giants in the industry including Ford, General Motors, Compaq, Western Digital, Boise Cascade, and Cap Gemini.

He has done over 100 implementations of complex finance and manufacturing software packages, and written many custom programs to integrate 3rd party products to mission critical enterprise-wide business systems.

Jill Kang

Jill is Allied's Education Services Director. She comes to Alllied Systems with over 15 years of management and banking industry experience. Part of that time was as a corporate trainer for U.S. Bank in Seattle.

 

Darlene McCollum

Darlene is Allied's Accounting expert. With almost 30 years of experience in Public Accounting for a Spokane based CPA firm, she can provide solutions for the most difficult of accounting problems.

 

Sean

“Wiley” Sean Maslow is a software developer with 12 years programming experience. Sean has implemented systems for various industries including HR, manufacturing, insurance and B2B e-Commerce. He has an Aerospace Engineering degree from the University of Colorado (which he always likes to mention).

Sean's primary focus will be custom development of both client-server and web applications. Sean's approach to deliverables is  “Just give me 15 minutes…”. While it might take him a little longer than that, he is as fast as the Road Runner - "meep meep!"
 

Teddy

Teddy is Allied's stress reliever and all around fuzzer of anything with contrasting colors. He has years of experience sniffing out and chasing down all kinds of pesky things.

 


Allied Systems was founded on the principle that Computer and telecommunications services need not be either complicated or confusing . We provide full-service Computer Networks along with voice/data systems ...in addition to offering products and services from several of the nation's premier long distance carriers, telecommunications service providers, and software developers.
